Responsibilities: 

  • Determine candidate requirements by researching job descriptions.
  • Source candidates using Axelon’s in-house search technology.
  • Interview candidates and determine each candidate’s suitability for specific openings.
  • Verify each candidate’s references.
  • Schedule candidates for in-person interviews with clients.

Requirements: 

  • Must be comfortable conducting phone interviews. 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills a must. 
  • Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • Some office experience preferred. ​
